General
ESTA
(Electronic System for Travel Authorization) determines
eligibility to travel to the US under the Visa Waiver Program.
It is not a visa. It is a pre-screening requirement for citizens
of 42 VWP countries.
Citizens
of Visa Waiver Program countries visiting the US for tourism,
business, or transit for up to 90 days. If your country is not
in the VWP, you need a US visa instead.
No.
ESTA is a travel authorization, not a visa. It permits travel to
a US port of entry, but does not guarantee admission. The final
decision is made by CBP officers at the border.
No. We
are a private third-party service providing assistance with US
ESTA applications. We are not affiliated with the U.S.
Government or U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
Application
A
valid e-passport from a VWP country with an electronic chip, a
valid email address, and a payment method (Visa, Mastercard,
AMEX).
The
form takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Our guided
system validates your data to reduce errors.
Yes.
You can submit applications on behalf of family members or
travel companions. Each person requires a separate ESTA.
Our
system validates data before submission to catch errors. Some
fields can be modified after approval. Passport or identity
errors require a new application.

You do not need confirmed travel plans. You can update your US
address and itinerary details later.
Processing & Status
Most
applications are processed within 72 hours. Apply at least 72
hours before departure.
Log in
to your account to view real-time status. Email notifications
are sent automatically when your status changes.
Your
application is under review by U.S. Customs and Border
Protection. This is normal and can take up to 72 hours.
You
cannot reapply via ESTA. Apply for a B-1 (business) or B-2
(tourism) visa at a US Embassy or Consulate.
No.
You must have an approved ESTA before boarding. Airlines will
check your status at check-in.
Validity & Renewal
2
years from approval date, or until your passport expires —
whichever comes first. Multiple US entries permitted during
validity.
There
is no renewal process. Submit a new application before your
current ESTA expires.
Yes.
ESTA is linked to your passport number. A new passport requires
a new ESTA application.
Unlimited
entries during the 2-year validity period. Each stay limited to
90 days maximum.
Modifications & Cancellations
Some
fields can be updated after approval: email, phone, US address,
employer, airline. Passport data and identity fields cannot be
changed.
Pending
applications can be cancelled. Approved ESTAs cannot be
cancelled — they expire after 2 years or when your passport
expires.
Full
refund if cancelled before submission. After submission, the
government fee is non-refundable. See our refund policy for
details.
Fees & Payment
Total
fees are displayed during the application process at checkout.
Our service fee is separate from the U.S. government fee.

Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed via
secure SSL encryption.
