Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund of our service fee may be issued in the following circumstances:
- You cancel your application before our team has begun the review process
- A technical error on our platform prevented your application from being submitted
- You were charged more than once for the same application due to a system error
Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund of our service fee may be considered when:
- Our review process has begun but the application has not yet been submitted for processing
- There was a significant delay in our service that was attributable to our team
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
- Your ESTA application has already been submitted for processing
- Your ESTA application was denied by U.S. authorities (this is beyond our control)
- You provided inaccurate information that led to an unfavorable outcome
- You no longer need the ESTA after it has been approved
- Your travel plans changed after the application was processed

Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the application. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
Government Fees
Please note that any government processing fees that have already been paid as part of the ESTA application are non-refundable through USA ESTA PORTAL, as these fees are collected by and remitted to the relevant government authority.
